FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT DOCENT TOURS 

The Marin Cultural Association oversees the docent-led Frank Lloyd Wright Architecture tours of the historic Marin County Civic Center. Public tours are given every Friday at 10:30 am throughout the year and private and school tours by appointment. Tickets must be purchased in advance through the Marin Center Box Office. 

Private tours, mobile app self-guided tours, downloadable walking tours, and other virtual tour options are also available. 



 

Teaching By Design

Connect Frank Lloyd Wright to the classroom by exploring the unique architectural heritage of the Marin County Civic Center.
 

Pre-visit and post-visit lesson plans for grades 3–5 are available to supplement our Frank Lloyd Wright school tours and are based on Core Curriculum Standards for English / Language Arts and Science / Engineering. A compiled a list of recommended resources teachers can use in the classroom is also available.
